Shipping Information

Your credit card will be charged upon placing your order. We'll normally ship your order within 2-4 business days if it is in stock, and it is not Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday. All orders are shipped UPS ("ground") or regular mail, depending on the item.  (Batteries, treats, leashes and non-electronic collars ship regular mail.) 

The products will be delivered to the indicated address during the process of order. JGB Distributing could in no case be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of routing.

Shipping Cost

UPS ("ground") shipping and regular mail is free with all purchases.  Any other shipping method incurs additional costs to your purchase.  Additional shipping costs for non-UPS delivery are dependent on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering and where it is shipping to. 

P.O. Boxes

In most cases, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Feel free to contact us if you need more info.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 30 days of product purchase by contacting the Customer Support Department and requesting a return. Refunds will be for the full purchase amount less shipping costs.
